MoMi Care Schedule:
Nursery children:
Our staff collect the children from outside the classroom. There is a brief handover between the ESK nursery teachers and our staff. The children’s attendance is checked. The children then go with the MoMi staff to the canteen for lunch as a group.
The subsequent free play takes place in the kindergarten’s outdoor area (min. 1 hour).
Afterwards, the children can do crafts and play in the kindergarten classrooms.
Children who are going on to the afternoon care programme are collected by the relevant staff at 3.30 pm and go together to the Nami room.
Children who are going to catch the bus or train, or who are being collected by their parents, go with the nursery teachers to the nursery’s entrance/exit.
Schoolchildren (Years 1–5):
After lessons, the children gather independently in the MoMi supervision rooms (Year 1 pupils are collected during the first two weeks). MoMi staff check attendance.
The children then go to the canteen together with their MoMi supervisors.
The subsequent free play takes place in the spacious outdoor area behind the canteen (min. 1 hour).
The group homework session begins at around 2.15 pm. Children who do not have homework will spend this time reading, drawing or engaging in quiet activities.
Afterwards, the children can do crafts together, play board games, etc., or go outside again – our carers are well prepared and will work with the children to ensure a pleasant end to the MoMi session.
At the end of the MoMi session, children registered for the afternoon care programme go independently and directly to the classroom where the afternoon care takes place.
Children going home are accompanied by our staff to the ‘blue gate’ (ESK entrance/exit) and may go home, to the bus or to the tram independently from 15:35.
